The Energy Plan

This program has been accredited by the Law Society of Upper Canada for one Professionalism Hour.

You don’t have to go home from work exhausted

Why do I feel so tired and drained?

The demands of life today often pull our energy in multiple directions, leaving us depleted and overwhelmed.  In fact fatigue has become a world-wide epidemic, impacting people both at work and at home.  Most of us return home from long days at work feeling exhausted and often experience our families not as a source of joy and renewal, but as one more demand in an already overburdened life.

We are surviving on too little sleep, wolfing down fast foods on the run, fueling up with coffee and cooling down with alcohol and sleeping pills.

Learning to manage one’s personal energy is the answer.

Most people have attended or have at least listened to programs on how to manage stress, time, even finances, but very few have been taught or even understand how to manage their own personal energy.

This program is designed to help people understand how and where they are losing energy daily and provide them with quick, easy-to-implement tips on how to refuel.  No one has to go home from work exhausted if they incorporate these strategies into their daily lives.

Strategies are drawn from the areas of nutrition, fitness, neuroscience and positive psychology.  These are simple concepts to understand, easy to implement, and have profoundly positive results.

Ms. Nedkov’s inspiring and motivating presentation was the best attended Professional Development program in 4 years at the firm! Her high energy and enthusiasm kept the audience engaged while she provided many practical tips to enhance productivity and strategies to cope in a legal professional’s high-stress environment. An encore presentation for our staff is scheduled for this fall. Thank you Louisa!”
