Coaching is a powerful, practical process that accelerates your growth, fulfillment, happiness and success. Coaching is present and future oriented. It is about results, keeping in mind that results are both external, and internal.

In a similar vein, as your coach I will:

  • Encourage your to set and achieve goals important to you (even goals you may have thought unattainable)
  • Focus you to produce better and faster results.
Encourage you to do more than you would do on your own to attain your personal best
  • Provide you with support, tools and structure to accomplish more

How will we work together?

I work with my clients to help them understand themselves, as well as how they can change in order to make a difference in their lives. We all have within us everything we need to be powerful, creative managers of our lives. But often we limit ourselves by the way we think and act – yet we don’t realize we’re doing it.

Through coaching, we get to see and understand these patterns – and this new awareness makes it easy to let go of what’s no longer working. A coach can help to shine a light into these dark corners and help you see new possibilities for yourself and your life.

I work with clients all over the world to help them understand who they really are, what they’re capable of and what they need in their lives to feel happy, at peace and fulfilled. And I then support them as they take action to create that.

What Makes My Approach Unique?

Because of my background in nutrition and positive psychology, I bring these additional tools to my coaching.

All coaching sessions, regardless of your intent or focus, will begin with a complete nutrition and lifestyle assessment. Why? Because I have discovered after working with hundreds of clients over the years that many people need support in these areas before we can make real progress in the achievement of their goals. They are often too tired, overwhelmed, and running-on-empty to be able to find the energy and inspiration to make rapid progress in the areas they want us to focus upon.

As happiness drives success, rather than the other way around, positive psychology strategies will be incorporated throughout our coaching process, often in the form of homework.


One of the unique aspects of coaching is that there is homework. At the end of each session, you will decide on the action you will take for the coming week. I will hold you accountable for any commitments.

Telephone or In-Person

Although many of my clients work with my exclusively by telephone, others prefer a combination of telephone and in-person sessions.
